Almighty God,
On this 40th year after Vatican II, we pray for our Pope, Bishops and Priests.
We pray for the family of God - the Church. May our hearts be open to hear your call to lives of holiness and service, bless us with priests, deacons and religious sisters and brothers who are generous and faithful servants of the Gospel.
We pray for the laity that they may recognize their vocation in the Mission of the Church.
Together may our Church be filled with the Holy Spirit. May we live in the light, hope and peace of your Son, Jesus, who is the Good Shepherd and our Lord forever and ever.

Lord,
Thank you for this unique opportunity to praise you and to share our faith with each other.
May Dr. Hahnenberg's words make an impact on us that will strengthen our relationship with you as well as others.
Bless all who are responsible for organizing and planning today's program. As we move on with our day, let us focus on making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate and loving each other as Jesus did.
Finally, let us pray that the First Friday Club continues its mission of spreading the Catholic message to people of all ages.
